Terms — Unlocking the machine

These terms govern the purchase of the Premium unlock (“Unlock the machine”) on https://gamepicker.lol, published by Yoan BISOGNO.

1. The offer

The Premium unlock is a one-time purchase, no subscription, priced €3.99 incl. VAT. It gives the purchasing account the features described on the home page: Steam library connection, fine tuning (era, genre, style, minimum rating), alternatives on every pull and full history. Basic pulls stay free for everyone.

2. Order and payment

Payment is by card through Stripe, in euros. The order is final once payment is confirmed; Stripe e-mails a receipt. The unlock is activated immediately on the account.

3. Right of withdrawal

The unlock is digital content delivered immediately. By confirming payment you request immediate performance and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive, art. 16(m)).

If something does not work as described, write to bisogno.yoan@gmail.com: we fix it, or refund you.

4. Duration

The unlock lasts for the lifetime of the service. Should the service close, purchases made in the previous 12 months would be refunded pro rata.

5. Account and use

The unlock is tied to a personal, non-transferable account. The publisher may suspend an account in case of clear abuse (automation, payment circumvention) after informing the user.

6. Disputes

French law applies. An amicable solution is sought first; you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction.
