Intellectual property

The site, the “Game Picker” name, its interface and code belong to the publisher. Game artwork, titles and descriptions belong to their respective rights holders and are shown for information via the public RAWG and Steam (Valve Corporation) APIs. Game Picker is not affiliated with any game publisher.

Affiliate links

Some store links (Humble Bundle, Epic Games Store, GOG…) are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, the publisher earns a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences which games the machine picks.

Personal data

Game Picker collects the bare minimum: a session identifier (cookie gp.sid, 30 days, strictly necessary — no consent banner needed) and, if you create an account, your e-mail, a hashed password and your pull history. Connecting your Steam library only reads your public game list. Payments are handled by Stripe; the publisher never sees your card number. No data is sold or shared. No advertising trackers.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data by writing to bisogno.yoan@gmail.com.

Liability

Prices, availability and descriptions come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or outdated; the price that applies is the one shown by the store at checkout. The publisher is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or third-party content.
